Reindeer galloping, woodpeckers pecking, and frogs wearing holiday hats, this is no ordinary walk down a nature trail.  This is ElectriCritters, the 13th annual lighted display at River Bend Nature Center. With the flip of a switch, more than 60,000 lights on more than 150 silhouettes will glitter along the nature trail, bringing the sights and sounds of the season to adults and children. After walking the trail, come in from the cold to the Candy Cane Café and enjoy hot chocolate and apple cider.  Feast on hot cookies and popcorn, and shop for holiday gifts and stocking stuffers. River Bend is stroller and wheelchair accessible. ElectriCritters is the major fundraiser of River Bend Nature Center and the proceeds help fund the education programs enjoyed by over 35,000 children and adults of our community each year.
